INKOO Custom Gear Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents of Belgium who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of INKOO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

2. How to Enter:

• Follow: Follow @INKOO on Instagram.
• Like: Like the giveaway reel posted on our Instagram page.
• Tag: Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway reel.
• Share for Extra Entry: Share the reel on your Instagram story for an extra chance to win. If your account is private, please send us a screenshot of your story via DM to validate your extra entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

3. Prize Details:

• The prize includes 40 custom caps and 40 custom t-shirts.
• The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

4. Selection of Winner:

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
• The draw will take place on June 4th.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram DM on the same day. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. General Conditions:

• Participation in the contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
• By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their names, images, and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.

6. Data Protection Notice:

• All personal information collected will be used solely in connection with the administration of this contest and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

7. Liability:

• INKOO is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the contest.
