INKOO, a 100% ecological textile printing company, is seeking a Marketing Manager who can boost sales through new communication channels and enhance user experience on our website.


  • Develop a Growth strategy in line with the company's business objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and coordinate communication plans.
  • Create clear reporting for tracking company objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, supervise, and monitor all marketing initiatives (social media, social ads, email marketing, etc.).
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget based on KPIs.
  • Be the go-to person for data analysis and technical implementation (Google Analytics, GTM, pixels, etc.).
  • Update the website and continuously improve user experience (UX, Plugins, etc.).
  • Manage and implement SEO & SEA strategies.
  • Create newsletters using Mailchimp.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to establish marketing strategies for testing.
  • Define a Growth strategy to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Develop and evolve the website's API and products.
  • Manage content creation (with graphic designers, photographers, etc.).



  • Degree in marketing/business management/business engineering or proven skills in digital marketing and sales.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a B2B environment.


  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with budget management.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (perfect spelling is a must).
