UV Printing
Precision, durability, and versatility: UV printing creates impactful results on every surface.
UV Print
1. What’s the Process?
UV printing is a direct-to-substrate printing technique using UV light to instantly cure the ink as it’s applied. It works on a variety of surfaces, including vinyl, banners, and even promotional goodies, ensuring high durability and color accuracy.
- Vinyl Printing: The vinyl is printed using UV-resistant inks for weatherproof results. The vinyl can have different adhesive properties (removable or permanent).
- Goodies: The object is placed directly in the machine, printed, and cured in one step for a seamless result.
- Large Formats: Printed on a roll, then cut to size based on the intended use.
Pros | Cons |
Durability: UV-printed materials are resistant to UV light, weather conditions, and time. | Vinyl:

Removable Vinyl: The adhesive vinyl allows easy updates (e.g., replacing phone numbers).
Versatility: Vinyl can be used on walls, windows, or vehicles and is easy to apply independently or with professional assistance. | Banners: Heavier banners require careful weight considerations. Mesh is recommended for lighter and wind-resistant solutions. |
High-Quality Color Accuracy: Digital printing ensures vibrant, accurate colors at 1200 DPI, significantly higher than standard home printers (300–600 DPI).
Customizable Banners: Wide range of banner types, including mesh for wind resistance (e.g., Heras fences) or solid banners, tailored to size and application needs. |
